Sample Pet-Class Kitten Sale Contract

Every Floriente kitten goes to its new family under a written contract, signed by both sides. You can read our standard Pet-Class contract in full before you reserve anything.

What the contract covers

• Who the parties are
• The kitten — breed, colour, sex, date of birth, microchip and registration number
• Price, reservation fee and the balance due at handover
• Your commitments as an owner — care, housing, feeding and veterinary care
• Our commitments — including advice on health, feeding and care for the kitten's whole life
• Handover, and the kitten's health at handover
• The documents that come with your kitten

This standard Pet-Class sample shows handover at our location. Delivery within Europe can be arranged separately for an individual kitten; the route, timing and cost are agreed before reservation.

This sample applies to Pet-Class kittens. Kittens sold with breeding rights are subject to separate individual terms.
